On "The Train Job" and Kaylee.

For all the Firefly people...
I can't tell you how happy I was when, in the teaser, Kaylee got to her feet and walked. What with her "can't feel anything" line and the crew carrying her to the site where she was needed at the end of the pilot, I was afraid she was going to live but be paraplegic from then on. And why should this disturb me so? Well, okay, yes, because she's lovable and I wouldn't wish that on her. But more, it would annoy me to have that fall on the sweet perky "nothing gets me down!" forgiving character--as if she's the one best suited to cope with such a blow. Gimme a break. Cliché-and-a-half.
