Voyeurism night. Two characters and a summary; a third party of one's choosing was an option.

Remus, Harry. Spare the rod and spoil the child. (challenge by [livejournal.com profile] gmth)

Remus couldn't think why he hadn't knocked.

Later he decided that it was because he'd imagined Snape had been expecting him to come for the Wolfsbane.

And the door hadn't been locked, anyway. Why on earth would Snape not be careful to lock the door if he--if his form of detention--

Whippings had been outlawed at Hogwarts years ago.

Obviously, Snape was expecting Harry not to be aware of that.

Neither of them looked up. Neither had heard him.

And Remus watched as the riding crop rose and fell, rose and fell over Harry's bared arse, hearing him sob, and plead, and moan, for far longer than he should have, before he closed the door silently and fled back to his chambers, where he wanked his aching prick to orgasm in about fifteen seconds flat.

He was going into Hogsmeade on the weekend. And buying a riding crop. Definitely.

Moody, Snape-- the magic eye sees all (challenge by [livejournal.com profile] tartanshell)

Discarded Plot Device #27 For Goblet of Fire, (Not) From The Notebooks of Jo Rowling

"Got it!" said Hermione triumphantly, shedding the invisibility cloak and holding up the blue-irised prize. "Now we can find out what Malfoy's up to!"

Ron was still blinking at her. "You just came out of Snape's office."

She blinked back. "Yes."

"You said we had to wait to get the eye because there was only one time that Moody took it off," said Harry.

"I did? Um, yes. Of course I did."

"So what the hell does it have to do with Snape's office? We thought you meant the bath, or someth--"

Ron didn't get to finish. From the office behind them, Moody's voice boomed, "Severus, you bloody wanker! You forgot the condoms AGAIN? What do I keep telling you? CONSTANT VIGILANCE!"

"And you found out about this HOW?" Harry hissed as they ran.

Harry, Sirius. Care of Magical Motorbikes. (challenge by [livejournal.com profile] maeglinyedi)

Harry had come to him, at the beginning of the school year. You've still got his bike, don't you, he'd said.

Hagrid had said yes, it was in the shed.

One night, going to the shed, Hagrid catches him. Well, not catches exactly; Harry doesn't see him, so he doesn't know he's caught. Through the gaps in the slats, Hagrid sees Harry on the bike's seat, bent over the bars, fringe hanging in his eyes in a picture of perfect misery. Harry's silent, but Hagrid's sure he's crying.

He sees Harry slide his hand into the waistband of his trousers, starting to stroke himself, and Hagrid almost pulls away, but then Harry stops, removing his hand and wrapping it about one handlebar, gripping it in a way that he's not gripping his adolescent prick.

Hagrid cares for so many creatures, and he has no idea how to help this one.

OMG! I know you didn't read the others before you wrote the Hagrid/Sirius/Harry one, but when Nim posts hers you have to read it. It is *scary* how similar they are. You have truly joined the collective. ;-)

Oh, you're kidding! *looks* No, Nim hasn't posted yet, either! C'mon, Nim, post 'em! Heh. It doesn't seem as wild as it might be--of course I'm saying this BEFORE I've seen her drabble--because every time I get an idea for a drabble my first thought is "Probably everyone will do this."

Oohhhh. Remus/Harry is so riding crop delicious, mmmmmm. Moody/Snape - hee! I love the preface of the discarded plot. Harry/Sirius is achingly sweet (and sexually frustrated? Mmmm), I like how it's Hagrid that watches. The punchline's a lovely kicker.

And poor Hagrid. How indeed, to help this poor creature?

"And you found out about this HOW?" Harry hissed as they ran.

Hagrid cares for so many creatures, and he has no idea how to help this one.

These two lines destroyed me. The first, because it's so damn funny and opens up a new kettle of worms (it's not about Moody's sexual proclivities anymore, but Hermione's). The second, because it's so elegant, subtle and sad.

Luverly, luverly. As always.

From: [identity profile] amanuensis1.livejournal.com
Oh, man! Your analysis is so fulfilling to hear, always! Thank you for appreciating how Hermione has a hell of a story that could be told, if she was willing to (in my mind, the next line is Hermione saying, "Can't hear you. Plotting next step. La, la, la...") and with the last one, y'know, there was just no way that I could make a scene like that go all bow-chicka-bow-bow for Hagrid at the end. Not for the sake of smut or anything. Poor Hagrid. Poor Harry, who Hagrid loves like his own baby dragons, y'know?

I loved them all, in quite different ways. In the first one, I don't see why Remus has to go off to Hogsmeade; that unlocked door looked suspiciously like an invitation to me. I'm sure Snape would let him borrow his crop.

As for Moody/Snape, the line You forgot the condoms AGAIN? slew me. And what exectly was our Hermione up to, to have found that out? Delicious afterthoughts it rouses. (Takes idea back to bed to play with; I got up too early, any way.)

Then so-sad Harry, and Hagrid helplessly sad for him, wise enough to know there's no cure, no consolation he can offer.

*sobs*

Oh, oh. Harry. Oh. That's just.

Amanuensis, you cruel, beautiful, perceptive person. That Hagrid's watching only makes it more poignant, and that there's one creature he can't help, can't heal...

... Oh, Harry.

The other two are WONDERFUL, Remus and the riding crop, and of course Moody, who's roar of 'CONSTANT VIGILANCE!' just undid me (I mean, I'm surprised schools haven't adopted that phrase in their sex ed classes).

But the last one. Oh. Ouch. Wonderful.

The fact that Harry stops. Oh.

*trembles and collapses onto the floor*

You owe us all some Ghost!Sex. I still haven't forgotten that gorgeous drabble, you know--nights of endless pleasure--in which Harry's dying fucked by Sirius' ghost--and oh. I need to see either that, or a full-fledged smutlet in which Harry either a) wanks to thoughts of Sirius, b) has sex with Sirius' ghost, or c) banishes or tries to come to terms with Sirius' death by shagging someone else.

Please. Pretty please. I'll do anything. I'll write a fic in exchange, for any pairing you desire.

From: [identity profile] amanuensis1.livejournal.com
Oh, my. Yeah, as I mentioned to someone else, Harry stops because it just isn't effing helping; he feels like it could give him some temporary release and it just doesn't work, he can tell that right away. It was an easy head to be in, right then.

Wah. You write so much wonderful stuff for the fandom, I just don't see how I can refuse you. Double wah. Okay. I'm gonna leave this comment email in my inbox so that it's a sort of pending reminder. Woman, don't you know how much pain you're asking me to go through?

Yeeeeeeeeeeee

Poor Remus! Aahahah, and yet I can’t help but giggle. After all, it wasn’t, like, anything bad, just Snape and Harry, tee hee. That’s not bad, is it? No, not at all. *nods determinedly* I love the way you set it up and poor Remus, opening the door to that scene, such a scene and he flees! Oh the poor angel. *giggles* It’s just so cute. And I love reading this one over and over because I too am a guilty voyeur at heart, and it’s kinda fun to read about Remus coming in and seeing a nice fun bout of teacher/student bdsm. Mmmm, you are brilliant.

Moody/Snape, aaaaaaaahahahaahahaha!!! And Hermione! She’s so adorable! I love how it starts off, like, just like any part of the book where the Trio are on their little adventures and they need to sneak about and then, the boys! The poor clueless confused boys. Hermione’s always one step aheado f them, isn’t she? That’s why we love her. I love the Trio! I love Hermione! And Snape/Moody makes me not able to stop laughing. And Hermione knew!!! Bweaaahahahaahah, this is just too too good. Silly Trio! *loves madly*

The Harry and Hagrid is so very sad, but almost in a sexy way. Damn you for making this kind of stuff just seem so wholly appealing and, like, enticing. Like, the small push further into sexuality-during-mourning is just so incredibly hot, my love. And, you make me feel kind of bad for Hagrid. The last sentence! It’s just so tragic. Like, Hagrid isn’t having illicit thoughts, he just wants to help Harry, but he doesn’t know how and that’s just so sweet. And poor darling Harry. His honey! His Sirius! *weeps all over you* Too lovely in its sadness. Wah.

<3!!

What I really love imagining is what Remus's next detention with Harry was like. Would Harry be all Slut!Harry, delighted when he saw the riding crop, or would he be shocked that all his teachers were such perverts? Ooh, that could be such fun!

Yes! The opening of the Moody/Snape is just another day in Trio adventures until you discover that Hermione's got waaaaay more secrets than the others know about. That whole drabble arose from wanting "CONSTANT VIGILANCE!" to be the punchline, hee.

The Harry/Sirius-Hagrid thingy? Oh, that was so easy it's awful. Wanting to ease the pain of losing someone you wanted...thinking orgasm might take you away for a time...being so miserable you can't even bear to indulge in that. I hate that that was so damn simple to write. But I liked making Hagrid the caring figure. Nope, wasn't meant to be illicit--he just loves the damn kid. Just like I do. Wibble.

Date: 2004-03-30 10:55 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] rane-ab.livejournal.com
The first one: bwahaha! Oh, I feel for poor Remus, I do, I do. I now have the expression on his face throughout the entire, er, thing engraved in my mind. Even though you didn't describe it. But I can just see him, standing there, thinking "This isn't right. I should stop this, right? Oh bloody hell." *giggles* And Snape/Harry with a riding crop, that's always hot, isn't it? And wanking!Remus on top! *sighs happily*

Obviously, Snape was expecting Harry not to be aware of that.

And this sentence just cracked me up. Hee.

And the second one… Too funny. I love that sentence at the top, especially the (not) between brackets. (Hehe.) And Hermione, so full of herself, so glad that they can finally find out what Malofy's up to that she forgets all about how she's going to explain away how she knows when Moody takes his eye out. (Of course, I also can see her following Moody around just to find out when he does, and when the time's there just being all "Yes! He took it off!" and being completely unfazed by the sex bit.)

Moody's "Constant vigilance!" just cracked me up, of course. It put an image in my brain… that I don't want to think about. *g* Mind you, now I also have an imagine in my brain of Snape shagging an eyeless (or well, at least with one eye missing) Moody. Eww.

And aww, the last one. So sad. It should have been embarrassing, for Hagrid to "catch" Harry, and yet he's completely unfazed by the sexual aspect and just feels sad for him.

Date: 2004-04-03 11:07 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] amanuensis1.livejournal.com
Obviously, Snape was expecting Harry not to be aware of that.--And this sentence just cracked me up. Hee.

Can't you just see poor Harry unaware that this is not conventional Hogwarts detention? And having it reinforced when he goes for detention for Remus next time? "Christ. Him too?" Of course, by this point, I think Harry's come to like it. ^_~

And I liked what the second drabble said about Hermione, yes. She probably was as practical as salt, figuring out when to get Moody's eye...and later she probably wanked herself into soreness at the memory of what she'd seen, in her spying. If I may be so crude.

Wouldn't it be entertaining to see a Hagrid who deals with sexuality in a way that's flavored by his experiences with being an animal handler--that it's as natural as mating when the urges come. Some would call it crude, but Hagrid would never be joking-rude about it, see. Hm. I really want to see this.
