I have a LOT of catching up to do, obviously...

Are you kidding? Some of you have already VOTED in the HPSA? As in, you already have read, or at least have looked at all the stories on that list?

Wow. I feel... completely dunderheaded, ignorant, foolish. I recognize a lot of stories on that list, yes, but we're talking a fraction! I figured I would take the rest of the time to the deadline to look at all the stories listed there... try to do a few a day... scroll through the ones that weren't really sending me...and there are people here who already KNOW all these stories! I is humbled mightily. That's it. Time to take a two-month sojourn and do nothing but read slash until I too can say I've read most of the HP slash classics!

(And I'm overwhelmed by the nominations that my stories received. What a rush. Chalk me up on the same list of people who've said they're honored to have been nominated and not concerned one whit about any further award; this is quite, quite the honor in itself.)

(To the two people who told me that you'd sent in nominations for stories of mine-- yes, I saw that they somehow got left off the list! And, recognition slut that I am, I emailed Natalie and she said she'd put 'em up. )

Reading HPSA stories; whose fat hairy idea was it to nominate all these multi-parters? *grumbles*

Whee, Natalie rocks. She added the missing stories to the HPSA --As Sharp As Sunlight under Best Angst and Other Chambers, Darker Secrets under Best Darkfic. And she also changed the links for my other stories so that they lead to my website where no passwords are necessary. As if she didn't have enough to do already! Thank you so much, dear one.

A Little Touch Of Harry In the Night is now up at The Restricted Section. What a wonderful archive. A place for Pottersmut, despite all the adversity of the legal factions. Yay.

And I am watching Ladyhawke right now, looking at Navarre posing with hawk Isabeau on his arm, and all I can think is, Harry/Hedwig. Yes, I know, I'm hopeless.
