amanuensis1Happiness can be defined as lounging on the futon watching one's favorite yaoi smut DVD (Boku no Sexual Harrassment) while opening suggestive online greeting cards from boyfriend (the dear boy composed Light/L roleplay just for me!), browsing a new-found slash gallery (CountxAlbert) on DeviantArt, reviewing a friend's rough draft artfest (Snarry Games) submission, while chocolate/peanut butter ice cream cake waits for one in the kitchen. It's been a good day.

And the music's composed by Youko Kanno. Can't really go wrong with that. *hums 'Tank' at you* And the opening animation is kind of dark and gritty and cool. I think Cowboy Bebop is turning into my 'kickback, relax, and prepare for the day' show.
Oo, I'm going to have some fun with those . . . providing they don't figure out that I'm only 14. *grin*

Date: 2008-10-02 05:07 pm (UTC)Have to warn you though, the writing feels so-so in some chunks, but I've seen several japanese novels (published by manga publishers) badly butchered, so I don't know if it's the fault of the author or the translation. Anyway, it's not unreadable and there were some really nice parts =) I like how they expand on the society and the psychology that drives the characters though a small part of me wishes it was just all Iason/Riki porn. Ahem
