I recall this joke every time someone asks me about my username, and so I finally dug out my copies of the Sebastian O comic and scanned it so I could make this icon. Thought for a second about making it my default, but I love my Lucius too much. (George is a woman, by the way.)

Well, what do I know about these things? I thought maybe there was some setting where you could decide the number of seconds for each frame or something like that. You know me, I can barely unscrew bottled water without an instruction manual and a tech support number. And, um, yes, if you are making a subtle technological/fandom joke, it's lost on me. But I got the cartoon! That's gotta be worth something!
