Here's how I'd stat up The HBP as an old-fashioned AD&D NPC:

Str: 15 (all that cauldron-stirring)
Int: 18 (whereas Voldy's 20 and Dumbledore's 21)
Wis: 10 (he has blind spots you could drive trucks through)
Dex: 15 (he didn't start out that way, but he's been working on it)
Con: 15 (Potterverse wizards are inherently sturdier than regular humans, and Snape's got to be above average even for wizards, to survive all the crap he's been through; add +5 vs. poison whenever he remembers to swallow a bezoar)
Cha: 15 (again, he didn't start out that way, but he's been working on it)

Completely off topic, but you were one of the people who had expressed an interest in possibly owning the original of Settling Up, and I wanted to be sure you knew that I've put it up for auction here.

If you're not interested anymore, that's fine, and I understand, I just didn't want someone to walk off with it at minimum bid and then to find out later that you'd wanted it, but hadn't even got a chance to bid.
