Is it really cry-worthy for you? Wow!

I gotta see what I think of Jayne. So far he's interesting but not fascinating yet, y'know?

But... see, I don't want to talk to Jayne. I just want to strip him NAKED. And... and do things to him. With him. Whatever.

He gets steadily more interesting throughout the series, IMHO.

Hee, you're sweet, but at least I'm good at eye-averting for this sort of thing. I'm just starting Bushwhacked!

I quoted Star Trek instead because I've never seen Firefly.

You've gotta know--I heard this on the radio back before the internet was a big thing. And I was all but hysterical that I had no idea how to obtain a copy!

Aww! Well, even the best lines are always better in context. They don't have quite the same punch otherwise.

It's true! Even when I've seen bits in trailers that sound sort of funny they never measure up to the lines in the films.

Watch, woman, watch! You don't need sleep. Sleep is a world-wide government conspiracy. What you need is Joss Whedon goodness. Namely: Firefly. ::refrains from quoting said series and ruining something for you::

From: [identity profile] amanuensis1.livejournal.com
Oh, fine. Sleep, how stupid. More Firefly!

Well. Yes. Naturally. *grins* It's patting for the trauma of being spoiled for good lines, and telling you to watch so that you can not be traumatized!

BREAKING BENJAMIN QUOTING TIME!

*Squee* Firefly! OMG I can't wait for Serenity! I plan on seeing a midnight showing, even though I have class on friday and I'll probably be like, half dead. But OMG Firefly!

Go and have the best time--I won't be seeing it until I've watched more of the show, but I'll get there!

After I posted that post I learned that my theatre won't be having a midnight showing after all. Those Pricks! I felt a little better when a friend of mine told me that they didn't have a midnight showing for Spiderman either, and let him and his friends into an empty theatre and let them sit there for two hours (they got there early) thinking that there was going to be one. He bought the ticket for that day, as in the day it would be at 12:01 am and it turns out they had a midnight showing for that night/the next morning, but had it listed as a midnight showing for that night... or something. The people at the shiny theatre are assholes. But we go there anyway because the screen is huge and the seats are comfy.
