You are...wow, you are delightful. That's an excellent website, and I'd be a fool not to take you up on that! As you can see, my website making skills are utterly basic, and even when I perform uploads I wonder how the heck I'm doing it.
What information would you need, to determine what kind of website design would be best for my site? I really really wouldn't want you to do anything too complicated because a) I like things kept simple and low on graphics for compatibility's sake and b) I wouldn't want you to go to too much trouble!
*laughs* I will never understand how people can reply to comments weeks later. I mean, with me, either I comment right away, or it falls into the depth of happy oblivion. I was bidding my time and thinking I'd talk to you about that again another time. *small smile*
So I'll have to think about that. As it is, let's not kid ourselves, I'm supposed to be working on my dad's professional website and coming up with a layout for a new ezine for the 15th of August, not to mention that if I'm lucky enough to get that damn job in that DVD store I won't have much time on my hands for the next month (god let me get that job!!), so don't expect to get the new site right away, but...it'll come, in due time. *beams* It might even come earlier than that if I get thunderstruck. My problem is that I can't work on a layout unless I've got it planned out in my head. I've tried and tried but it doesn't work if my mind is empty, no matter how many brushes I have. So I'm going to think about it, and I'll see what comes up. I don't think I really need any kind of advice, unless there are some things you'd like to see (or not see) in the layout. As for simplicity, don't worry, that's my forte. I can't yet do super stylish sites, so my philosophy is "elegant but simple". I know what *I* want to see when I go to a site, so I know which mistakes not to make.
And as for the "too much trouble" part... *grin* It IS going to be a lot of trouble, because I'm a perfectionnist and I won't take "okay" when I know I can get "brilliant!". But I love doing it, so it's okay.
Hey...by the way, shouldn't more Marta art be heading my way...? *eyebrow wriggle*
