Avengers burst of babble for tonight:

--See, I have this specific kink for using the word "unmake" in my erotic fiction; more than once (I've tried to keep them to a minumum, but it's a fetish, 'k?) I've used lines like, "You unmake me," as the moment of overwhelmed confession, or describing a character in a really good orgasm feeling as if he were "unmade." Imagine me already melting over Hawkeye's storyline (and arms) for the first two-thirds of the film, and then hearing that particular line. Pure unadulterated liquefaction.

I never really stopped to think about the interpretations of that word. It was so powerful when Hawkeye used it I was all like " flasgjk" as well.

(Oh, I've always loved that icon!) The button-mashing word that I've talked about in the past is...let me just say, if the line had been, "to be inexorably unmade," the top of my head would have exploded and I would have known without a doubt that Joss Whedon reads my lj. :D (But it would have been a dumb out-of-character thing to say, so, it's good it wasn't.)
