The thing I fear is that we'll get in a "We couldn't recreate the problem, so we replaced a bunch of stuff"/"I got it back and the problem is persisting"/"Okay, send it back again" cycle. Because I've had experience with hardware manufacturers that will do that until they exhaust you into living with the problem, the bastards.
