Thanks for the rec! I'm not entirely sure, but audio-book didn't seem to have the footnotes included. So I am keeping the paper-book and going to read it after I listen to the audiobook. I really wanted to finish reading the book, but then I found that Simon Prebble narrated it and ... audiobooks are expensive. (moans)
