Actually all scenes with the two of them are really slashy.
When Clint aims and shoots the arrow, Loki having expected it, catches it, and kind of lazily looks back at Barton, almost as if he's saying Come on, I know you can do better!–I found that quite intense. Even the scene after, when Loki lands on the roof of Tony Stark's tower and throws his hair back in this diva manner and has this venomous glare in his eyes, hahaha :D
That scene where the Avengers capture Loki in Tony's mansion, and Clint is in the center again with his bow and arrow, one of the most beautiful phallic symbols (I like it better than guns actually) and Loki is all sang-froid and cool! LOVE :D (Did you read Croik's marvellous Arrow!Fellatio piece 'But don't say Ah'? I think I recced it, but can't remember ...)
And then the scene, where Thor and Loki go home, and we see Clint with his black sunglasses smirking at Loki, and Loki only from behind. I kind of liked that smirk, and I could imagine Loki boiling with anger, but outwardly wearing his mask of arrogance.
