How do you like recs lists to be arranged?
Actually getting my recs list into shape, here, and I had a wondering come up on me. Posing it here to everyone because, curious.

I'm trying to remember the distant past, HP fandom. I suspect I might have liked it by pairing then, because there were only a few I liked...

Eh, just rec stuff and I'll read it :) Especially in Avengers now that you've hooked me. I want more!

Otherwise I like stuff sorted by primary pairing, or at least primary character.

This way, it's easier to browse. If I'm in the mood for some Clint fic, I can see where you've recced Clint/Coulson, Clint/Loki, Clint/Natasha, etc. and choose from there. Avengers is different for a lot of us in that, at least in my circles, few of us are very OTPish and are reading a multitude of pairings and a lot more gen than I've seen in other fandoms in a long time. But I think it's still easiest to separate by primary pairing or gen, and let people choose what looks good within that section.
But that's really if you're reccing a lot of things at once. If you've only got 3 or 4 stories and none are the same pairing, I'd just list them without much thought to arrangement. And even if a couple are the same pairing, I'd just put those sequentially.

Everything else I can go either way on. What usually sells me isn't length/pairing so much as the reccer's description.

I do like the length of the fic to be in the header, because I'll save longer stuff for when I have time. I HATE having to put something down because I need to go to work, or whatever. I like to read it in one long sitting if I can.
