As much as part of me is saying what Jack said, which is, "fuck it, I take back everything bad I said about cheap cop-outs, just hit the reset button and bring him back!!!" it seems pretty obvious they ain't gonna. If it were Doctor Who, then yes, but the whole point of this series was that things like this could happen.
