I mean, yes, we can say that "satyr" would be the parallel term, but no one actually uses that in common parlance. I guess that's because the term for "sex-crazed male" is synonymous with "male," isn't it.
I'm starting to understand why I have a kink for fics where Harry and/or Draco call each other "slut" and "whore." Must have something to do with the idea that I've fetishized them into something other than sex-hungry males--they've become characters who can be insulted by insinuating that they might desire sex. Seems odd. A world of psychology and historical sexism in that, isn't there.
