It was hours before I remembered the Blast-Ended Skrewts and I don't even care now. The only thing I missed during the movie was the explanation of Priori Incantatum (I know it's spelled wrong; feel free to use that Grammer Stick). My mom said she missed hearing the Pheonix song when their wands connected.
Well, then you should feel right at home. In my theater we were all silent for a second and then the 'ooooh' grew as people realized what she was referring to and just how ugly the comment really was.
Tell me, though, that I'm not the only one who saw this film as innuendo paradise
You're not. I swear, I never thought anything of it when I read the book and Cedric said, "Take a bath." If anything it was like, 'You get the girl AND tell me I have B.O?' But in the movie I was like, "Dude, are you hitting on him?" I wasn't the only one either, I heard surprised mummering around me.
I was surprised they added one on purpose, when Hermione said Krum was more of a physical creature.
I write Harry Potter NC-17 smutfic and *I* was blushing, okay?
I had to cover my face for that scene and the ferret scene; it was just too much. I was torn between horror and hilarity. Do you realize the bath scene is going to become one of those things that gets parodied so much that 20 years from now even non-HP fans will know it?

I thought of you when that bit happened. Did you notice that because they shot it from above you couldn't tell that Draco's actually taller than Malfoy Sr.?
I loved that you loved the movie. My sister couldn't go with me and I have to wait until the holiday to squee over it with my mother. Movie critics (generally) don't squee. Those that do don't do it properly. I loved this review.
